FSA, Inc. (AA 26002190 – CGC 1517173) was established in March 2003 as a Florida corporation with 8(a), SDB, MBE and DBE Certifications. FSA, a construction and architectural Firm, focuses on federal, institutional and commercial buildings, providing new building construction, additions, building renovations and specialty construction work.

Francisco Semsch, AIA, NCARB, CGC, President has 35+ years of experience in design and Construction in the United States, the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East. Mr. Semsch maintains both architectural and general contractor licenses.

Federal projects: FSA, Inc. has assembled a Design/Build and Construction team of professionals with extensive experience in federal projects. The quality of FSA performance has been recognized by outstanding evaluations from many federal agencies.

Among our federal clients are: Army Corps of Engineers, DPW West Point, Colorado National Guard, United State Coast Guard, OBO Department of State, Navy, and the Veterans Administration.

Private projects: FSA has developed a reputation of outstanding client relationships in their design, design/build and construction services. Working with industry leaders and up and coming new companies.
