Olds Square Town Center – Oldsmar, Florida

Olds Square is the winning proposal for the new Town Center for the City of Oldsmar, May 2005.

Olds Square Phase I offers 900,000 square feet of mixed-use development, including 140,000 square feet of retail space, 24,000 square feet of office space, and 210 residential units. Street parking and parking garage can accommodate 1,100 cars.

Phase II will be a Gateway and Sculpture Park serving as a pedestrian portal to the Town Center.
