Washington Park Village

Washington Park Villages is a residential mixed-use project featuring two-story and three-story town homes/offices. The row house-style town home units will provide living areas ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet. Each unit will have a two-car attached garage. Street parking and discrete off-street parking are provided.

This project is a component of the Oldsmar Town Center Community Redevelopment Plan.
